At RACK Electric, family has always been at the center of everything we do. That’s why we’re proud to share that our CEO, Jesse Rack, was recently featured in Boca Magazine as part of their special “Family Values” feature highlighting local parents, leadership, and life lessons.

Photographed alongside his sons, Jagger and Ryder, Jesse shared personal reflections on fatherhood, growing up in a family business, and what legacy truly means beyond work.

As the second-generation owner of RACK, Jesse spoke about the sacrifices and hard work he witnessed growing up and how those experiences shaped the way he leads today.

“There’s no shortcuts to success and there’s a lot of hard work that goes into it.”

Founded in 1994, RACK began as a family business and has grown into one of Florida’s leading companies specializing in Electrical, Generators, A/C, and Propane services. Throughout that growth, the company has remained rooted in the same values it was built on decades ago: family, community, and commitment.

In the feature, Jesse also opened up about how becoming a father changed his perspective on time, work, and what matters most.

“Work was my first baby, and now that I have two little boys and a little girl on the way, I want to be able to spend as much time with them as possible.”

The article highlights the balance between building a business and building a family – something many business owners and parents can relate to. Jesse shared memorable moments with his children, including family movie nights, beach trips, and hearing his son tell him, “You’re my best friend, dad.”
