RACK Supporting Women Build 2026

At RACK, giving back is more than a statement-it’s something we actively strive to be part of. Supporting Habitat for Humanity’s Women Build is especially meaningful to us because it represents more than construction; it’s about creating opportunity, stability, and empowerment for families in our community.

Our CEO, Jesse Rack, proudly represented RACK on-site, not only in presence but in purpose. As part of the Men Standing Behind Women Build initiative, he stood alongside other leaders in support of women working toward strength, independence, and homeownership-values that deeply align with who we are as a company.

Women Build 2026 was a powerful reminder of what can be accomplished when people come together with a shared mission. Despite challenges, including unpredictable weather, the dedication and resilience of every participant never wavered. The collective effort helped move multiple families closer to safe, stable homes-each step forward representing a lasting impact.

What resonates most is the purpose behind the work. This initiative goes beyond building homes-it helps build futures, strengthen communities, and provide families with a fresh start.

We are grateful to have played a small role in something so meaningful and to stand alongside an organization and community committed to making a real difference.
